We cover any destination in the UK as long as the pick up/drop is from London or any major airport and any port.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
The prices are fixed and they are for each type of car chosen at the moment of booking.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
The maximum quantity of luggage allowed depends on the type of car you choose when booking. Every time you make a quote online on our website you get a list with all the cars you can choose from and how much luggage and how many persons you can take for each one.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive an email with the confirmation and all the booking details.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
We provide a “meet and greet” service for every airport pick-up especially to make it easier for you to find the driver. Also, you will receive the driver’s phone number along with our contact details and we can communicate to solve any problem you may occur.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
If you want to cancel you can inform us by calling this number: 02036036150. If we are informed between 3 and 24 hours before the moment you booked for you will be charged 30% of the booking cost and if you inform us in less than 3 hours it will be 50% of the booking cost. If you want to cancel from the booking time you will be charged with the full cost for the journey!
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We are tracking your flight and if it is delayed there won’t be any additional charges.
Q: What does the price include?
For the airport: 30 minutes free waiting time, 30 minutes of free parking, “Meet & Greet” and Flight tracking services.
Q: How early do I need to book?
In order to avoid the disappointment of not having available cars, we advise booking in advance.
